PhysioCare Holistics Services:
By booking an appointment at PhysioCare Holistics, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments and Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability

For home visits, please ensure the space is safe, private and suitable for the session
-
For virtual sessions, please ensure you are in a quiet, private space with no disturbances for the duration of the appointment
​
2. Payment Terms
-
All payments are required in advance of treatment sessions. This secures your booking and allows for the preparation required for each individual client
-
Payment can be made in the following ways
- By card at the time of booking via the online booking system​
- Via bank transfer (details will be provided upon request)
- A secure card payment link can also be sent via text or email if preferred

Your appointment will be confirmed once payment has been received

By making a booking, you agree to provide your card details, which will be securely stored. By doing so, you give consent for your card to be charged in the event of a missed appointment or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.

All sessions purchased as part of a package - whether a block of discounted sessions or a wellness coaching package - are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Sessions must be used within this time frame, unused sessions will expire after one year and are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any cancellation

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the full session fee being charged

Due to the nature of the services provided a significant amount of time is often spent in preparation before each session. For this reason, short notice cancellations are not able to be filled, therefore this cancellation policy will always be upheld in fairness to the time and energy already committed to your care.

4. Late Arrival

If you are late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time in order to respect the next client's booking. The full session fee still applies

5. Health and Safety
-
Please inform me of any changes to your health, medication or relevant medical history before each session.

All information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially and in accordance with data protection laws
​
6. Right to Refuse Treatment
-
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice
​
Wellness Realigned Courses:
1. Non-refundable deposits of £100 are applied to all bookings.
​
2. Payment Terms: All courses must be paid in full 15 days before the online start date. If the course is not paid by this time, your enrolment will be withdrawn and the non-refundable £100 deposit will be withheld.
​
3. Cancellation: If you cancel your booking prior to the online course, any payments made will be refunded as follows:

3.1 More than 30 days: Courses cancelled more than 30 days from the start of the online course, will receive a full refund excluding the non-refundable £100 deposit.
​
3.2 More than 7 days: Courses cancelled between 7 and 30 days from the start of the online course are eligible for ONE of the following:

3.2.1 50% refund less the £100 non-refundable deposit
​
3.2.2 Select an alternative health professional to take your place (additional administration cost of £50)
​
3.2.3 Consider a transfer as per 3.8.1
​
3.3 Less than 7 days: Courses cancelled less than 7 days from the start of the online course will not receive a refund. However, you can select an alternative health professional to take your place which will incur an additional administration cost of £50.
​
3.4 Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
​
3.5 Coronavirus and other personal circumstances: If you cannot commence your course due to coronavirus or other personal circumstances, see above points for the cancellation terms.
​
3.6 If you commence the in-person course and are then unable to complete all the in-person training days due to illness or other personal circumstances, you may re-book to attend at a 70% reduction in the advertised course fee. The new booking must be made within 12 months of your original course start date.

3.7 Digital products, if you change your mind after the purchase of a digital product such as an instant access online course then you are not entitled to a refund. We will look at all cases on an individual basis – please email info@physiocareholistics.co.uk and we will aim to reply within 48 hours. Digital products do not fall within the 7 day cooling off period required by UK law. We may close Facebook groups, remove individuals from Facebook groups and refuse membership to Facebook groups at our discretion and without notice. Facebook groups are free bonuses and do not constitute a paid element of a product or event.

3.8 Transfers:
If you need to transfer your course:

3.8.1 Rescheduling to an alternative course date is permitted if more than 30 days’ notice prior to the commencement of the online course is given. There will be an administration fee of £50.
​
3.8.2 Within 30 days of the commencement of your online course, rescheduling is not permitted for any reason, but you are welcome to send another health professional to take your place as an alternative. This incurs an additional cost of £50 for administration of the name changes and changes to the online portal access.
​
3.9 In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel events/workshops. Under such circumstance, if no training has been started a refund of the event fees will be paid in full. If training has commenced, then alternative UK course dates to complete the training will be offered free of charge.
​
4. We will not accept responsibility for any accommodation and travel costs made by attendees for cancelled events.
​
5. We reserve the right to change venue where necessary.
​
6. All attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet the entry requirements of the course applied for.
​
7. Late arrival of more than 60 minutes to an event may mean you will not be allowed to join the event and/or may impact your certification. This may also be treated as a cancellation. Please see section 3.
​
8. The full duration of the training must be attended to receive a certificate.
​
9. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all event materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of PhysioCare Holistics Ltd. or Soul Aligned Wellness or Soul Aligned Wellness Academy. You undertake that you will not copy or permit the copying of event materials nor disclose or permit the disclosure to any third parties, nor use the same or similar material for running your own events.

10. PhysioCare Holistics Ltd is not responsible for the advice or therapy interventions given by any health professional after an event is finished or during home study.
​
11. It is the responsibility of the health professional to keep informed and continue to study the subjects covered in our events. Medical advances or new research may require therapists to make adaptions to advice given based on new information or medical advances.
​
12. PhysioCare Holistics Ltd makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for services we provide. PhysioCare Holistics Ltd Training disclaims any warranty, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
​
13. PhysioCare Holistics Ltd reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
​
14. PhysioCare Holistics Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide will be used lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Your information is only collected to process your registration for the course and to provide you with the best possible service.
​
15. Anyone registering for training or subscribing to email updates, will be added to the Wellness Realigned for Health Professionals mailing list. Your data is never shared with a 3rd party. Health professionals can request to unsubscribe from marketing and/or newsletter emails.
​
16. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly.
​
17. Disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave the course. The deposit or full course payments will be withheld.
​
18. Replacement documents such as lost certificates, manuals or supporting documents are charged at £20 for the administration time.​​

The Cancer Wellness Path Membership:
Welcome to The Cancer Wellness Path Membership. By joining this membership you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Overview

The Cancer Wellness Path is a membership program designed to support individuals on their wellness journey through resources, education and community support.

Membership benefits include access to exclusive content, live sessions, group coaching and wellness tools.
​
2. Membership fees and payments
-
Membership fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed automatically via Stripe, and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
-
If payment fails, access to membership benefits may be paused until the issue is resolved.

The minimum membership period is one month.

3. Cancellation and refund policy
-
Members may cancel their subscription at any time, the minimum commitment is one month.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
​
4. Content and intellectual property
-
All materials provided within the membership, including videos, PDF's and other resources, are foror personal use only.

Content may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

5. Health disclaimer

The Cancer Wellness Path is for educational and supportive purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always consult with a healthcare professional before making changes to your health and wellness routine.

6. Community guidelines

Members agree to engage respectfully within community spaces. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

The company reserves the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines without a refund.

7. Changes to membership and terms

The Cancer Wellness Path may update membership offerings, pricing, or these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance.

Continued use of the membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Realign Online Programme
By enrolling in the Realign online programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Programme access and participation

This is a live, online programme that includes six modules over three months.
-
Live sessions will be recorded and made available for those unable to attend live.
-
You are responsible for your own participation and engagement in the course content.
​
2. Cancellation and refund policy
-
You may request a cancellation and full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
-
After 14 days, sales are final and no refunds will be issued, including changes in personal circumstances or lack of participation.
​
3. Personal responsibility and commitment
-
This programme is designed for individuals ready to take an active role in their healing journey.
-
Results vary based on individual effort, engagement and personal circumstances. No guarantees of specific outcomes are made.
​
4. Intellectual property and confidentiality
-
All course materials, including videos, workbooks and guided exercises, are for personal use only, and may not be shared, copied or redistributed.

The live group space is a confidential and supportive environment. Participants agree to respect the privacy of others.

5. Medical disclaimer

6. Code of conduct

Respectful and supportive communication is expected within the programme community.

Any behaviour deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in removal from the programme without a refund.
