One thing I know for certain is that reducing toxins from our daily lives is essential for ongoing health and wellness. Personally I am on a mission to make my life and my children's life a little less toxic. I've been making changes gradually, including making a conscious choice to reduce daily plastics, changing my cleaning products, and intentionally choosing the foods or drinks that I put into or onto my body.
